"Digital 2.0" is an online lecture series about technological inventions for our digitalized future offerde by the University of Luxembourg Omniversité, the DESCOM department and GoldenMe. The aim of these multilingual online lectures is to let scientists show and explain different topics they are currently researching on.
The lectures are multilingual, free of charge and designed for non-experts!
About the lecturer:
Dr. Kerstin Bongard-Blanchy and Dr. Arianna Rossi are both postdoctoral researchers in an interdisciplinary project about dark patterns at the University of Luxembourg. Whereas Kerstin investigates the user perception, Arianna is the specialist when it comes to socio-technical aspects of user privacy.

Dark Patterns (EN)
Ever heard of dark patterns? Those design elements can influence online decisions, like consumer and privacy choices. Are you immune to them? This talk will expose examples of dark patterns and inspire a discussion about ways to protect yourself digitally.
